Root-cause healing grounded in ancient medicine and compassionate care.
I’m a registered acupuncturist with a deep love for helping people reconnect with their bodies. My practice is rooted in classical Chinese medicine, Neijing nature-based principles, and the understanding that the body holds patterns, emotions, and stress that are often ready to be gently released.

I’m especially interested in somatic healing — the way the body can soften, unwind, and restore itself when it feels safe. Through acupuncture, touch, observation, and compassionate presence, I support patients in moving beyond symptom management and into deeper, more lasting change.

After earning my acupuncture diploma from Pacific Rim College, I continue to deepen my clinical skill through ongoing postgraduate study so I can offer care that is precise, intuitive, and respectful of each person’s natural rhythm.
